Dr. Monroe recently served NCFR as President of the organization and made many contributions to Louisiana families in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Congratulations for a well-deserved honor, Pam! February 2009 Four More Sites Join Our Network! The Policy Institute for Family Impact Seminars is proud to welcome four states to our policy network.
